FAQ: Patient Booking & Check In

Appointment Booking

Here are just a few things that you can do to make your experience as pleasant as possible:

  • Book one appointment for each major concern. This will help ensure you receive the best care possible and ensure that your fellow patients are also seen in a timely manner.
  • Let the medical office assistant know if you are having a medical emergency.
  • Contact the clinic/organization directly if you need assistance with your appointment. 
  • Click the “Technical Support” if you are experiencing any technical difficulties.

Use the appointment booking link provided to you by your clinic/organization (or through their website) to book an appointment. You will need your Health Insurance Number to verify your identity and select from the available services and time slots.

We require that you book an appointment to access test results, prescription renewals, or specialist referrals. These services can not be provided over the phone or by email – we apologize for the inconvenience.

Patient Check In

Our patient check in product  can help manage physical patient flow in the clinic effectively and reduce the chance of COVID-19 transmission. It works well with clinics with small waiting room space that cannot ensure physical distancing.
